Thoughts from the Senior Pastor

It is Jan.25th,2023. I pray you had a great new year and your 23 is off to a great start.

I wanted to share with you this afternoon a little bit of what's on my heart. We have been studying 1 Corinthians Chapter 3-5 in our Worship service.

It is all about building on the foundation of Christ the right way.
And by the right way I mean Christ way.
We can get caught up in all kinds of STUFF.

What i mean by STUFF is -
1. Selfishness
2. Trouble
3. unforgiveness
4. Faulty fellowship.

Paul say's in 1 Cor.4:1-2 "Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. 2. Moreover, it is required in stewards that one be found faithful." The word "servant's" here is translated as ----"under rowers"-those that were under the ship rowing the ship as to get to the destination. These servants are not the captains of the ship but help row the ship to get where they needed to go. That's you and me as believers. Let's not get caught up on STUFF so we can be faithful as under rowers of the Faith.
